How do I use the device?

Can I re-use my device?
Yes. The device is built to be durable and reusable. Wipe the mouthpiece periodically with a dry microfiber cloth. Do not use water.
How do I clean the device?
Wipe the device with a dry cloth weekly (or as needed). Never wash the device with liquid, keep it dry.
Why does powder sometimes remain in the blister after use?
A light dusting or a few small clumps is normal (typically less than 5%) and doesn't affect performance. For best results, take two strong, deep inhales to help ensure full delivery.
How many inhales should I take per blister?
Most doses clear in one inhale. If you're unsure, it's perfectly fine to take another inhale.
How do I store the product?
Keep blisters in the box until ready to use. Store in a cool, dry place (59 to 86 degrees F / 15 to 30 degrees C). Keep the lid on the device to prevent moisture from getting in.
What if a blister looks damaged?
Don’t use any blister that appears damaged, cracked or open. They’re sealed to keep each dose fresh and consistent. Simply discard it and use a new one. Seeing this more than once? Reach out, we’re here to help.
Can I use L Max alongside my prescription inhaler?
